Cooking Instructions

Microwave: enchiladas. If thawed, 1- 1 1/2 minutes on high. If frozen, 2- 2 1/2 minutes on high Burritos. If thawed, 3 minutes on high. If frozen 5 minutes on high. Oven: Remove wrapper, place on cooking sheet, and bake at 400'F for 24 minutes. For a softer, cook in a baking pan and add enchilada sauce or any your favorite sauces and cheeses. If thawed, bake for 15 minutes at 400'F. Tamales: Follow above instructions and place in either a Ziploc bag wet paper towel to maintain moisture.
